A thermometer suitable for taking measurements on surfaces, in liquids, air, gas and plastics. The type K thermocouple sensors can be exchanged directly on the instrument. The signal emitted by the thermocouple is amplified by means of a selfzeroing amplifier, linearized and compensated with reference to the cold joint.
